Data collected
- Identity and contact details: surname, first name, postal address, email, telephone.
- Order: products, amounts, delivery method, order history.
- Payment: payment status and transfer reference. Bank card data is processed solely by the payment provider; we have no access to it.
- Customer account (optional): username and encrypted password.
- Strictly necessary technical data: basket, session, language (see the cookie policy).

Recipients
Your data is intended for the Seller and, as far as they are concerned, its service providers: carriers, the payment provider, the bank (Qonto) and the site’s host. It is neither sold nor rented.
Retention periods
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Customer data: 3 years after the last purchase.
- Customer account: until it is deleted at your request.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website and its data are hosted by Server Anywhere in Dhaka (Bangladesh), outside the European Union. Bangladesh is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision; this transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (Article 46 GDPR), a copy of which you can obtain by writing to us. Card payments, when offered, are processed by a provider established in the European Union.
Your rights
