Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address. They are shown in the basket and summarised before the order is confirmed; no further costs are added afterwards.
Delivery times
- Dispatch: 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment (immediate for card payment, on receipt of the transfer for payment by bank transfer).
- Transport: the indicative time is shown when you choose the delivery method.
- At the latest, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order.
An email will inform you when your parcel is dispatched.
Receiving your parcel
We advise you to check the condition of the parcel on receipt. If a parcel is damaged or an item is missing, tell the carrier and notify us at contact@sunshinepro.shop as soon as possible, with a photo if possible.
Late or non-delivery
If delivery does not take place within the stated time, you may call on us in writing to deliver within an additional reasonable period; failing that, you may terminate the contract and be refunded under the conditions provided for by the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
