Returning a product<\/h2>\n

  1. Notify us at contact@sunshinepro.shop<\/a> within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number (you can use the withdrawal form<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  2. Send back the complete product, in protective packaging, within 14 days of your request, to the address: 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.<\/li>\n
  3. We will refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method as for the order (or by bank transfer to your IBAN for a payment made by bank transfer).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Costs<\/h2>\n

    The price of the products and the initial standard delivery costs are refunded to you. The cost of returning the product is borne by you, unless the product is faulty or not in conformity.<\/p>\n

    Condition of the product<\/h2>\n

    You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check its nature and how it works. Any loss in value resulting from other handling may be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n

    Faulty or non-conforming product<\/h2>\n
